Reflex provides a powerful reporting system that helps you monitor students’ usage, track their progress, and reward their achievements. There are two kinds of reports:

  • Individual Reports that provide detail on an individual student

  • Class Reports that provide summary data on a class

To access Class Reports, click the appropriate class from your Teacher Dashboard. Bookmark a report to quickly return to it. Four reports are available on the Class Reports sub-menu: Group Status, Usage Summary, Milestones, and Fluency Growth.

Group Status

The Group Status report is a chart that gives information on the status of the initial assessment, percent of facts fluent, fluency gain in the last seven days, days of usage over last seven days, and date of last login.

Usage Summary

The Usage Summary report gives statistics on usage, including average usage, percentage of usage days that result in a Green Light, and total facts solved. A second chart shows the average weekly gain in facts for various frequencies of usage. A pie chart breaks down the number of students that fall into different usage categories.

Milestones

The Milestones report provides lists of Class Milestones (such as total facts solved by all the students in the school) and Student Milestones. Each milestone can be printed or downloaded as a certificate. Click the Print Icon to print all unprinted milestones for the class or students. Or use the checkboxes to select individual students’ milestones to print. All milestones are calculated from the beginning of the school year only.

Fluency Growth

The Fluency Growth report provides details on class fluency progress for current and past assignments. Graphs include: Group Fluency Average (starting and current), Group Fluency Distribution (starting and current), and Group Fluency Histogram (fluency gain or total fluent facts). Below the graphs are statistics on number of students, total fluency gain, average student gain, average total usage, and average percentage of Green Light sessions.

  • Class reports are shown for the current school year only. Additional filtering is available for reports. See Filtering Reports for more details.

  • You can print, download or export any class report. To print or download, click the Print Icon on the report screen. A print preview will appear.

  • Use the menu to choose your print settings and print (or save as PDF). To export, click the Arrow Icon on the report screen to export the data to a .csv file.
