We have implemented support for Educators in schools and districts with multiple subscriptions for the same product. The most common user case is a District Administrator who manages teacher licensing for multiple single-product subscriptions across different schools.

Previously, administrators needed separate ExploreLearning accounts for each subscription. Now the Admin can manage all subscription access across the district from a single account.

  • Administrators who are part of multiple subscriptions for the same product will now be prompted to select which subscription they are adding the teacher to when managing teacher access.

    • The Admin will only see this option if there are multiple subscriptions for the same product at the same school.

    • A current Admin using two accounts will need to contact Support for help consolidating things into a single account.

When enabling access to products for existing teachers, the Admin will select the subscription from the drop-down in Manage Users

When inviting teachers to create accounts the Admin will select the subscription from the drop-down in Manage Users

Please note:

  • The experience of administrators who are not managing multiple subscriptions for the same product will not change.

  • The Teacher experience remains unchanged. Creating classes, managing class rosters and resources, and setting student assignments are the same.

  • Nothing is changing for our Student users.
