Multiple teachers or "Co-Teachers" can be added to Classes in subscriptions with multiple licenses. (This would exclude Trials, Teacher Grants, and Individual Teacher Licenses). To add additional teachers to your class, please follow the instructions below:
Select a class name on the teacher dashboard.
Select Settings on the right.
Select Additional Teacher field.
Input Teacher Name in the field.
Select Update Settings to add them to the class.
Please note, Co-teachers can only be added from existing teacher accounts. If the teacher's name is not in the available list of names to be added, you'll need to talk to your school administrator about inviting them to create an account
Co-Teachers have all of the same class management functionality of the class owner:
Add students from school roster
Remove students from the class roster
Enable/disable product access for students
Change assignments
Co-Teachers cannot make changes to the class settings:
Class name
Add additional co-teachers
