Reflex offers milestones as a way to show group and individual progression through the program.

When looking at milestones, there are ways to calculate what thresholds your students need to reach before receiving the next milestone. These formulas explain how Class and Group Milestone thresholds are calculated:

Total Facts Solved

  • Group:: (#Students in class, grade, institution) x (Multiple from 1,000 to 41,000 in increments of 1000)

  • Individual:: 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000 / 7500 / 10000 / 12500 / 15000 / 17500 / 20000 / 22500 / 25000 / 27500 / 30000 / 32500 / 35000 / 37500 / 40000 / 42500 / 45000

Total Green Light Days

  • Group:: (#Students in class, grade, institution) x (5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 200)

  • Individual:: (5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 200)

New Fluent Facts

  • Group:: (#Students in class, grade, institution) x (25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 550 / 600 / 650)

  • Individual:: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300

XX% of Facts are Fluent

  • Class:: 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 95% / 100%

Every Student is at Least XX% Fluent

  • Class:: 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 95% / 100%

You are XX% Fluent

  • Individual:: 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100%

It is important to note, if the number of students in the group changes due to additions or deletions, the Milestones will be adjusted to reflect the new number of students.
