Ask your question
Review the answer provided, and links to relevant sources
Confirm the answer helped or ask to be connected to an agent.
Selecting That helped will close the conversation
Selecting Get More Help will open prompts for additional questions or connecting to a live agent for chat
Connecting with an agent will pair you with a live specialist with your chat history and available account details to help quickly identify and resolve issues.
After your issue is resolved via chat through Helix or a live agent you will be prompted to rate your experience
