There are two versions of every Case and Handbook: the Student version and the Teacher Preview Version.

  • In the Student version, the user has to go through the Case page-by-page and answer the questions before they can progress.

  • Students can only access the student version once it has been added to a class by a teacher.

  • In the Teacher Preview Version, you can go to any page without having to answer questions so that teachers can flip through a Case to preview the content and so that Sales can demo the Case more easily.

  • To access the Teacher Preview version, you will need to be logged into the EL site as a teacher.

  • The Preview is done by clicking the "Launch" in the teacher account.

  • This preview will allow teachers to navigate through the STEM case freely.

  • It does not record scores and answers, and allows the teacher to skip through sections.

  • This preview is available on all STEM cases and is accessible regardless of whether the case has been added to a class as an assignment or not.

  • In the preview, you will see a designation at the top right about "scores not saved":
